“Niche media has become common place in the market; therefore, I did not want to launch yet another predictable web rag that offered no sustenance to the consumer,” stated Dr. R. L. Robinson,  the curator and founder of the site.  Through this effort, the site only links and shares news from other sources for which have been filtered by the team’s rigorous review process.

In partnership with major music labels, the site hosts an internet radio stream component.  This feature is provided free to all users to further enjoy the site.  Followers are able to stream the urban radio audio while they read current news, interviews and talk shows in order to fully connect with the vibe of Influence1FM.
